Kapatchu

This one's for you MB:

Not a recipe I need to remember, but a delicious breakfast that makes good use of stale bread. The amounts and ingredients can be varied quite a bit. This is the version I make most often.

Ingredients:

about 1/3 of a loaf of stale bread
4-6 eggs
a splash of milk (a few tablespoons to 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup crumbled feta
salt to taste
salted butter for frying

Mix together the first 6 ingredients in a bowl.

Coat a hot pan with the salted butter, then add the mixture. Cook until browned and flip to brown the other side.

Voila. Enjoy your impending heart attack!
